By accessing charmeddogs.com (the “Site”) or booking any dog-training, boarding, or related Services offered by Charmed Dogs, Inc. (“Charmed Dogs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“you” or “Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

Group classes, private sessions, service-dog programs

Boarding & Daycamp

Short-term care and enrichment activities

Educational content, forms, and support materials

3. Eligibility & Client Responsibilities

3.1 Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older (or have a parent/guardian book on your behalf).

You affirm that your dog is healthy, current on required vaccinations, and legally owned by you.

3.2 Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, up-to-date contact and pet information.

Attend sessions on time or follow rescheduling/cancellation rules (Section 6).

Follow training instructions consistently to achieve desired results.

Monitor your dog’s behavior and disclose any history of aggression or health issues.

4.1 Booking Process

Bookings are made via the Site, email, or phone. Confirmation is sent once payment (or deposit, if offered) is received.

4.2 Payment

We accept major cards via Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor.

Charmed Dogs does not store full card details.

4.3 Pricing & Taxes

Prices listed on the Site are in U.S. dollars and subject to change without notice.

Applicable taxes or fees will be shown at checkout.

5. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellation: Notify us at least [Insert required notice period] before the scheduled session to avoid fees.

Rescheduling: One free reschedule per appointment if notice is given within the required window.

Refunds: Cases are evaluated individually; a partial or full refund may be granted at our discretion.

6. Safety, Health & Conduct

6.1 Dog Health

Dogs must be up to date on core vaccinations (details provided during enrollment).

We may refuse service if a dog displays contagious illness or unsafe aggression.

6.2 Conduct

We practice balanced, humane training methods.

Clients and guests must treat staff, other clients, and animals with respect.

We reserve the right to remove any person or dog behaving dangerously or disrespectfully.

7. Results & Training Disclaimer

Dog training outcomes depend on each dog’s temperament, health, environment, and the handler’s commitment. While we guide and support you, Charmed Dogs does not guarantee specific results.

8. Intellectual Property

All Site content—including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials—is the property of Charmed Dogs, Inc.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

No content may be reproduced, distributed, or sold without our written consent.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may link to third-party websites or services (e.g., Stripe). We are not responsible for the privacy, security, or content of those external sites.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Charmed Dogs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Services.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Charmed Dogs, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

Your breach of these Terms

Your dog’s actions during or after services

Your misuse of the Site or Services

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Colorado law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in El Paso County, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Dispute Resolution (Optional Mediation Clause)

Before filing suit, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation.

15. Changes to These Terms
